The location was great, not too crowded but not too far from the main road. the facilities provided were also pretty good, including a playground that my kid enjoyed a lot. there was an indoor playroom where he had a lot of fun. We also liked that the staff was quite friendly and accommodating. we appreciated the hot and delicious breakfast offered every morning.
The experience wasn't all great. the room was quite small and didn't have any windows.

The courtyard was spacious and had a swing set, perfect for kids. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
Our experience was ruined by the loud construction nearby. The drilling and hammering started early in the morning and lasted all day, making it impossible to relax and enjoy our Easter holiday.

The accommodation provides ample space for families with kids, allowing them to enjoy the outside facilities like the yard with swings, slides, and barbecue options. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with modern bathrooms providing hot water and a comfortable balcony. the courteous staff is always ready for any assistance, and the breakfast is just about right to start the day. the place takes you away from the hustle-bustle of city life, where you can hear the waterfall nearby and kids playing.
Some may find the strict rules of the inside facility obstructive to kids' usual behavior of running around and playing.

Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and friendly staff. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony with beautiful views. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-equipped kitchen and a kids-friendly courtyard with a fully equipped playground. There was always enough parking available on the premises. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
